I took on this blog in an attempt to post articles, facts, stories or simple situations or events that give us the natural high and a wisp of a smile.
Somebody emailed me before with the subject "natural highs" and a list of things that give you or me the natural high and it made me smile. Made me realize the small things that make us happy, the little things in life that give us the natural high.
I remember receiving a book called Earth Angels on my eighteenth birthday and everyday I'd read one of those short stories and it always inspires me to do a simple good deed for someone everyday.
It's amazing how one simple gesture can turn things upside down. From letting a senior citizen go before you in a line, to giving a streetkid something you just ordered from the drive through window. The smile, thank you and not to mention Karma that comes after that is immesurable and worth than the gesture you thought was small. They give me a natural high.
I will post articles and stories I've read online or anywhere else, stories and experiences of other people I know as well as my own experiences hoping they will also inspire you or at least give you a natural high.
