Bubble Baths
Warm and luxurious
Relaxing
Calming
I've always loved bubble baths.
too bad I don't really have a tub at home. I get to enjoy them on my stays in hotels for vacations or mini-breaks.
The past few weeks were probably the worst in my life. No exaggerations. I tried to take a mini-break over the weekend and took the chance to really soak in the tub. Warm and aromatic foam bath.

Too bad this time the bubble bath did nothing more but give me wrinkly toes and fingers.
The few minutes I was in relaxed my muscles completely but the worries in my head and the wrinkles on my forehead are still there. I got up sooner than I wished because the worries, fear, anxiety and panic are still in my head -- going around in circles leaving me more anxious than ever.
What I'd give to have another one of those bubble baths that would completely relax me. A bubble bath that I'd take to de-stress, not forget about my life's problems.
A bubble bath is just too puny to tackle that.
